Staff seem a bit unmotivated and doesn't seem like there is a leader guiding the staff. I wouldn't recommend this one for future visits. Its scrumptious. Their customer service goes above and beyond, and I even got to make a baguette. I love Panera. Definitely recommend it for tasty healthy food. And they plan to be going completely "Clean".. I'm excited.June 18, 2016
